Whitewood Farm is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath farm home that can accommodate 8 people with a half-acre, fully-fenced-in yard. The full grounds include 4+ acres of rural life.
Whitewood Farm is close to all the Oklahoma City metro area has to offer. With easy access to I-35. Or, for staying in, there is plenty of interior space, wildlife, and a cozy front porch.

- Pay the $50.00 per night donation via Venmo (@whitewoodfarm) or Cashapp ($WhitewoodFarmOK).
You will receive a confirmation email from Whitewood Farm letting you know your time is confirmed.

House rules
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the house and on the property
- 8 people maximum (including guests)
- Quiet hours 10pm-7am
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Off-street parking is mandatory
- Bonfires and fireworks are not allowed
- Farm structures outside the half-acre yard are off limits.
- The closet in the north, upstairs bedroom of the farmhouse is private and locked, please do not attempt to open it.
- Hunting is not allowed.
- Keep the front gate locked at all times.
Usage Hours
- Usage begins at 3:00pm
- Usage ends at 11:00am
Pets
- Allowed Pets= Only Dogs
- Maximum of two dogs with a weight limit of 100lbs each.
- We do not allow cats.
- Dogs must be well-behaved, housebroken, and up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations.
- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including sofas, chairs, or beds.
- Dogs must be crated when you’re away from the property.
Parking Details
Parking at the farm is uncovered. There is a short walk from the parking area to the house.
Departure Details
- Gather used towels
- Throw trash away
- Turn things off
- Leave the beds unmade and the sheets on the bed. We’ll take care of stripping and washing the sheets.
- Wash dirty dishes and return dishes to proper place.
- Sign the guestbook located on the blue dresser in the living room.
- Lock up

Accessibility
Unfortunately, because the farmhouse is split level with stairs, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Shared Spaces
Farm workers, photographers, and photography clients may come and go from the larger grounds. However, the half-acre yard around the house and “Stay at Whitewood Farm” parking is exclusively for guests.
