We are thrilled that you have chosen to bring your furry friend along with you. As dog owners ourselves, we understand how important pets are, and we want to ensure that your stay is comfortable for both you and your pet.
To ensure that all our visitors to the farm, including those with allergies or who prefer a pet-free environment, are comfortable, we have established some guidelines for pet owners to follow. Please note that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional fees or, in some cases, termination of your rental agreement.
Rules
- Maximum of two dogs with a weight limit of 100lbs each.
- We do not allow cats.
- Dogs must be well-behaved, housebroken, and up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations.
- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including sofas, chairs, or beds.
- Dogs must be crated when you’re away from the rental property.
Information
For your convenience, we have provided dog kennels, pet spray, potty clean-up bags, towels (orange/white striped), food and water bowls, and a mitt to clean up animal hair. These are located in the master bedroom closet. Additionally, there are doggy treats in the yellow dog jar in the kitchen.
You’re welcome to bring the kennel mats into the living room so your pets can enjoy family time too.
When it’s wet outside, please clean and dry your dogs with the pet towels provided before allowing them on the hardwood floors.
Please keep food and water bowls on the tile floor.
Please be aware that, while part of our property is fully fenced, we cannot guarantee that your pets will not find a way to escape. Please keep an eye on them while they’re outside.
Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the city trash bins located in the parking area.
When photographers are present on the property, please keep your pet(s) inside.
