The following rules apply of all our guests
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the house and on the property
- 8 people maximum (including guests)
- Quiet hours 10pm-7am
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Off-street parking is mandatory
- Bonfires and fireworks are not allowed
- Buildings other than the farmhouse are off-limits
Failure to comply with any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you signed. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules. If excess cleaning or remediation is required after your stay, appropriate fees will be assessed. Please use common sense while staying in our house.
